Job Description
A large enterprise consumer company is seeking a Qualtrics consultant to join their team. This team sits within the HR functions and supports 22,000 employees globally. This candidate will assist the team in platform design, enhancements in addition to reporting all within Qualtrics. Some of the survey's from qualtrics include annual engagement surveys, exit surveys, candidate experience etc. This candidate will be given requirements and will need to go into the platform, design, conduct UAT testing, build up the survey's, analysis of the responses, creating dashboards and visualizations. The flagship survey's are already created and this would just be enhancements, engagement surveys or pulse survey's will need net new builds, which would happen quarterly. This is a fully remote, long term contract, and candidates must be located in India.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of qualtrics experience
Supporting a large enterprise company with a sizeable amount of employees
Any type of qualtrics background support
Candidates must understand the specific metrics behind EX (employee experience) rather than CX (customer experience)
Experience with EX Suite null
