Insight Global HRIS Business Analyst in Skillman, New Jersey

Job Description

One of our clients is looking to hire a Business Product Analyst focused on payroll benefits systems and applicant tracking systems. This person will play a crucial role in managing payroll benefits systems and applicant tracking systems. They will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to coordinate testing, deployments, and clarify system requirements. Their responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations and optimizing these critical business processes.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst

  • Experience in the HR technology space, preferably HCM

  • Experience working with Jira

  • Coordinating change requests with requestors including UAT - Experience with HCM systems (Workday/PeopleSoft) null
