Position Purpose
Acts as a liaison between customers and company. Responsible for handling OLM Food Solutions and their divisions, customer maintenance calls. Responsible for all follow-up and billing of maintenance reports.
Primary Responsibilities
Responds to all customer maintenance (service related) calls. Document all calls and notifies the appropriate personnel of needed follow-up.
Ability to complete perform repairs on machines and ensure the inventory of tools and parts is up to date.
Knowledge of equipment and ability to troubleshoot customer questions to include nights and weekends when needed. Follow-up with customer to ensure equipment is working.
Determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, create/update address records for store file information when received.
Maintain record of all service calls that are and are not completed.
Ensure work order service reports from the service department are accurate and submits the invoice to the store.
Ability to research the appropriate shipping method saving cost and time for the store and OLM Food Solutions.
Handles customer complaints and has the understanding to know when to escalate the concern to the appropriate OLM Food Solutions employee.
Knowledge of invoicing system to approve invoices for payment.
Locate/print/send operation & parts manuals for equipment when requested.
Understanding of sales orders for incoming part orders, and the ability to order parts, prepare parts packages to be shipped out & service invoicing for all part orders.
Ability to perform required maintenance on equipment.
Knowledge of International/Military orders, special events, ordering/preparing equipment needed, assisting in locating/purchasing/invoicing special order items.
Ability to train FBC's & DBD's regarding the equipment service department procedures and asset identification.
Ability to assist with all aspects of tradeshows; print quick fact sheets, retrieve sheets from exhibitor manuals. Manage booth requests from exhibitors for check requests for necessary tradeshow items.
Assist in setting up/tearing down/loading/unloading of tradeshow equipment in warehouse prior to shows.
Create & receive in on Stock & Special-Order Service Department Purchase Orders.
Ensure iGNG loaner Equipment is sent to customers and track & send warranty iGNG equipment to factories as needed.
Ability to maintain parts inventory, perform cycle counts/year-end inventory for Service Department parts bins.
Required to be on call every other week (Friday to Friday) and in the absence of the manager.
Assist with special events as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience ; Accounting, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Required Qualifications: 6 Months - 1 Year
Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with MS Suite required
Communication/Language Skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is a must. Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions and product labels.
Technical Competencies. Experience & knowledge in MS Office products (Excel & Word) and SAP preferred.
Certifications. Forklift and palate jack certification preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license to operate yard truck.
Mathematical Skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts along with performing basic math functions.
Reasoning Abilities. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities.
