Location: Sioux Falls, SD 57107
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembly Packaging in the warehousing industry. As an Assembly Packaging, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products for shipment. You will be responsible for following standard operating procedures to assemble products, inspecting them for quality control, and preparing them for distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and standard operating procedures
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet the required standards
- Package finished products for shipment using appropriate equipment and materials
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately
- Operate machinery and equipment such as box cutters, tape guns, and shrink wrap machines
- Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Background Check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
