Job Summary
The Virtual Monitoring Technician monitors patient activity by continuous video monitoring.
The Virtual Monitoring Technician collaborates with the Nursing Units by communicating with both the patient and staff as needed to ensure patient safety.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
Previous experience as a Patient Care Technician or CNA for a minimum of 6 months is required.
On the job training will be provided. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
Work Schedule
Rotating Day/Evening/Nights/Weekends, e/3rd wknd/hol/call; 48hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
