Position Purpose
Provide training expertise and support to ensure learners can meet OLM Food Solutions standards for operational execution, compliance, procedural understanding, and growth and development. Success in this role is defined by the ability to provide instruction, guidance, direction, coaching, feedback and support regarding implementation of OLM Food Solutions business strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and execution of OLM Food Solutions training programs for the matching learning audience. Associate shall use independent discretion in determining how best to administer OLM Food Solutions specifications in each training situation.
Assist in the creation and updating of training and educational materials for training programs.
Use Adult Learning - schema building, experiential, and discovery learning to maximize discussions with learners.
Use cause and effect concepts during training to ensure learners attain competency and desired learning objectives.
Cultivate a favorable relationship with learners.
Assist learners by answering questions, reviewing paperwork, and providing procedural training.
Monitor learner progress and provide consistent and concise feedback to participants and supervisors throughout a training program, and when applicable, in follow-ups.
Support training as requested on the utilization of company software and hardware, including but not limited to, Upkeep, Red Zone, Car Data, Zoho, Customer Portal, UKG and RightBytes.
Provide training support at OLM-partnered or OLM-sponsored events and sites when needed to achieve company strategies.
Ensure all company and government regulations are observed.
Other duties as assigned to support education across OLM Food Solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Required Education:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Work Experience:
• 1 - 3 Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
• Communication/Language Skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. Ability to read and comprehend documents, simple instructions and product labels.
• Technical Competencies. Experience & knowledge of MS Office 365 products are required.
• Mathematical Skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate figures and amounts along with performing basic math functions.
• Reasoning Abilities. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities.
