Job Description
We are a frozen food manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of breakfast bagels, sandwiches, and burritos. We are looking to hire maintenance technicians to join our team.
Pay Range: *$58,240 to $83,200*

Responsibilities
Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery and equipment.
Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment, physical structures, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems according to blueprints, schematic drawings, operations manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools, and examining the form and texture of parts.
Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.

Our facility operates with multiple shifts to accommodate different work schedules. The available shifts are: 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am.
