Job title – Technical Service Manager, Brewing APAC
Location – Across APAC Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Thailand
Job model – Hybrid
The role supports customers in the use of our brewing enzymes across Asia Pacific region. The candidate will perform plant trials at customers breweries, provide technical support and training to customers and distributors. The candidate will also drive opportunity pipeline from identification to commercialisation in collaboration with account managers to drive growth in the APAC market.

Your key responsibilities
Run optimisation trials at customer breweries.
Provide technical support, problem solving and training to customers, distributors and account managers.
Drive opportunity pipeline from identification to commercialisation.
Represent Asia Pacific in global technical team.
Build strong network with both internal and external stakeholders.

You bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Food Science or minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience, technical and food processing knowledge of F&B products.
Master brewer or 5 years brewing experience; extensive understanding of brewing process.
An effective communicator, working with international team and comfortable with matrix organization.
Business English proficiency is required to support internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in teams and engage multiple stakeholders.
Due to job nature extensive business travel across APAC is required.
