About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure complex work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do:
Directly communicate between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
Schedule repairs from work order requests.
Review data from work order reports to find out performance and progress status.
Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
Coordinate office and space allocation.
Present information to an internal department and large groups of employees.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in your work area without supervisory approval.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation and record keeping. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation associated with compliance activities, including permits, licenses, training records, and inspection reports.
Facilitate small jobs and projects.
Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicator and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
