Paramount Senior Executive, Franchise Management & Retail Marketing, Asia in Singapore, Singapore

Reporting to: Director, Franchise Management & Retail Marketing, Asia

Based in: Singapore

As part of the Franchise Management & Retail Marketing team, in this new role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of execution and management of all matters in relation to Franchise Management, Retail marketing, Trade Marketing, Public relations materials handling and other related matters.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating with market agents, master licensees in all Asian markets on their marketing, retail, trade and PR activities and promotions in partnership with the creative teams that will include approving all marketing collaterals (both off and online) and initiatives built on solution-focused and problem-solving efficacies. Consolidate all agent bi-weekly status marketing reports. Tracking and updating of the central marketing fund (CMF) spends may be required in selected markets.

Writing and production of PABs (project action briefs) required from time to time.

Produce and update sales decks, one sheets, cheat sheets, sizzle video clips, reports, information, and best practice dissemination both internally and externally, success story consolidations, trade partner presentation materials and preparation, database updates for filing and sharing.

Produce and distribute monthly electronic newsletters for trade partners. This includes updating database on a regular basis, FTA TV launch date schedules, and research & ratings information.

Maintain information sharing library on servers for easy referencing by team members across CP Asia. This includes the uploading and managing of all marketing reference, best practice and other marketing materials, photos, videos, wrap reports etc for sharing with internal and external colleagues, agents, and promotional partners as directed.

Manage delivery, shipment, dispatch, maintenance, tracking, monitoring, repairs of walk-around-character costumes, including storage facilities and talent training around Asia in partnership with market agents and master licensees. Assist in coordination and execution for mall shows, musicals, and special events.

Liaise with creative/graphic designers and vendors in the development of point-of-sales (POS) materials and premiums and maintain comprehensive list of competent vendors and suppliers to tap for production of POS materials and other materials.

Operate independently all error-free mechanisms for quotations, orders, raising purchase orders, payment, account opening as well as shipping, couriers and dispatching documents and boxed items Coordinating with Finance on payments and other clerical chores (photocopy, scanning, filing) when needed.

Manage office storage (with creative) and any external storerooms for the purpose of storage and inventory of consumer products premiums and product samples.

Help arrange meetings and appointments, coordinate and follow up after calls and meetings.

Any other responsibilities that may be required from time to time as required.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent with project management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and some knowledge on Adobe Photoshop

Business proficiency in both Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptable, flexible, and able to change gears quickly and nimbly in a fast-paced global environment.

Highly organized, meticulous, and a collaborative self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Possesses a positive attitude, is solutions focused and has an upbeat approach to work.
