Role Overview

The APAC Advisory Services Total Rewards team operates within a matrix environment as a centre of excellence, with responsibility for the design and strategy of total rewards for APAC Advisory Services and partnering with the Global Total Rewards team to apply global strategy on a regional and local level.

This role, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards – Advisory Services APAC, will be responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and application of APAC total rewards policies and programs.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Compensation activities i.e. annual compensation review, survey participation, salary benchmarking etc, with a strong focus on the annual compensation review cycle.

  • Support the delivery of Benefits activities, i.e. oversee annual insurance and EAP renewals, benefits survey participation, benefits review etc.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner closely with the global, regional and country rewards and people teams on the management and execution of rewards projects. You will be required to take on project lead role for some rewards projects, as assigned.

  • Support in continuous improvement, including harmonisation and optimisation, of total rewards policies, programmes, framework, processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience within a broad-based Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits role, in a multinational organisation.

  • Confident working within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, capability to adapt, manage ambiguity and prioritise.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present analysis in a clear and concise manner.

  • Resilience and tenacity to navigate complex situations and to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Highly developed MS Office skills
