You will lead the Azure Platform Practice for the region (Applications and Infrastructure solution area in the technology business group). You will help clients to migrate to the cloud, modernize legacy applications and develop new cloud native applications to deliver real business value. Building and operating a resilient and secure cloud foundation, landing zones, data and applications platform to form the digital core. You will ensure the region Practice has the right capabilities to seize market advantage, solutioning and delivery, practice strategy, people and capability.

What you'll do

  • Lead region practice to ensure alignment to global/area practice priorities

  • *

Establish global Microsoft Azure architecture by integrating solutions* Build strong relationships with Avanade, Microsoft, Accenture to drive growth of the practice and ensure maximum synergy.

  • Lead and support sales including provision of insights, demonstrations, proposals, client presentations and input into contracts

  • Lead regional practice talent plan, creating an integrated talent plan (i.e., build, buy, borrow, keep), to meet client demand, I&D agenda, and ensure a robust, future ready workforce

Skills and experiences

  • Significant competency and skills in the Microsoft Azure practice

  • Likely has 10+ years’ relevant experience designing, selling, and leading client engagements with a Microsoft component.

  • Experience growing and leading a profitable technology consulting practice in a Region

  • Deep experience in understanding client needs and selling and delivering assets and solutions.

  • Experience shaping and developing people skills/capabilities of a large team

  • Strong leadership, communication skills, client presence and focus, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders and clients

  • Demonstrates and is recognized as an eminent thought leader internally (ideally externally as well) in their practice

  • Ability to build organizational culture, drive employee engagement, strengthen inclusion and diversity, reduce attrition, and attract top talent
