About the Role: APJ CSC Program Manager

The APJ Cloud Sales Center is the inside sales organization of AWS that is focused on new customer activation and growth across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) at scale. As the Program Manager of the APJ Cloud Sales Center team, you will lead and manage key priority projects for the function and support strategy and planning for the function. In this role, you will lead and drive projects for sales and operational excellence. You will identify problems and gaps, collect and analyze data, generate insights, come up with solutions, and implement them. Additionally, you will lead or support the writing of strategy plans and monthly reports for the function, and also data analysis to assess business performance and to substantiate proposals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in data/business analysis, finance, sales strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or project/program management

  • Analytical and quantitative skills and ability to utilize Excel and/or other software to provide data to support your analysis

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment and work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies to achieve a common goal

  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company
