Job Description Summary
The intern will be taking up the role as a manufacturing engineering intern. They will be exposed to the daily duties of a Manufacturing Engineer which includes familiarising of the component repair processes, industrialising new repair processes and running improvement projects.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
To learn and familiarise the various repair processes.
To learn and familiarise the various documents used in the MRO industry.
Use lean methodology to establish new repair processes, operation sheet update and standard work to improve shop’s productivity.
Assist Engineer with the industrialisation of new repair process, technology, and equipment.
To work on improvement projects to improve the first-time yield of the repair processes.
To work with various departments in model line set up.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Pursuing a Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
