Job Description:
To manage a team of store personnel to perform store functions and tasks to support Shop operations effectively.
To Align and Achieve Department Policy Deployment Progress Review.
Provide Leadership and Supervisory role to motivate and guide the team members to achieve company's goals and objectives.
Possess interpersonal skills in building and maintaining positive relationship with team members, vendors and internal customers is important for a collaborative smooth operation.
Manage Material Store, Technical Store and 3PL vendor to meet Quality, Quantity and Delivery requirements.
Accountable and Responsible for the integrity of all Store inventory and Equipment e.g. cycle count, pilferage, misplaced stock and maintenance.
Knowledge of SAP to view and generate reports to identify any discrepancies in inventory control.
Overseeing inventory, including maintaining sufficient levels based on operation needs and reordering.
Periodic reviewing and identifying of processes on purchased consumables for continuous improvement and cost-effective solution.
Develop Multi-Skill Chart to achieve effective Skils and cross training for all team members.
Conduct Employee Performance Appraisals.
Ensure discipline among the staff & a harmonious inclusive environment and teamwork.
Manage current project and propose new projects for continuous improvement and budgets.
Ensure proper housekeeping 5S and a safety environment EHS.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Logistic/Materials Management.
Minimum 3 years of logistics experiences in an Aerospace MRO environment of which 2 years should be in a supervisory capacity.
Understand Lean process & concept.
Possess good leadership ability and communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
