About the role
Assist Logistics Manager in managing Logistics Operations and achieving Target/Goals, Quality, Inventory Accuracy and Productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
Manage issuing team and ensure proper issuance of parts to support Production/CAP operations timely & stock rotation based on FIFO system.
Supervise unpacking team, ensure proper unpacking/packing of parts and deliver to Production in timely matter. Ensure proper housekeeping in Logistics.
Collaborate closely with the Production team to understand their part requirements and priorities.
Plan and optimize daily packing schedules to meet production deadlines while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Process stock issuance vouchers and ensure proper documentation before releasing stock.
Ensure accuracy of inventory, investigate stock discrepancies, and approval for cycle count.
Collaborate with the Production Team to plan and execute Internal Kanban with RFID system.
Collaborate with Buyer Team to plan, implement, and maintain Supplier Kanban.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in demand forecasting to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Lead continuous improvement projects to ensure efficiency and robustness of Logistics processes.
Take the lead on EH&S, ISO audit, Cx requirements.
Take charge of the indirect material team and plan for indirect inventory, purchases, and the issuance of indirect parts.
Monitor PIV TPM and rental requirements.
Perform tasks, deem suitable and assigned by superiors.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in managing/supervising warehouse operations
Able to communicate with all levels of staffs.
Knowledge in MRP system, preferably in Baan LN.
