Client Associate, Property & Casualty

What the day will look like
The Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) provides high quality risk and insurance advisory and placement service to some of the largest global corporate organizations in the world.
The successful candidate will provide service for a portfolio of inward global accounts with the following key responsibilities:
1) Renewal support
Consolidate renewal values, claims and other data from clients and local Aon offices
Compile underwriting information pack and
Prepare draft quotation slips
Compile comparison of renewal quotes from insurers
Create client insurance and claims manual
Prepare premium allocation for client servicer’s review
Follow up with insurers on placement slips
Work with overseas Aon offices/Third Party Brokers on issuance of local admitted policies
2) Client service support
Consolidate data for stewardship reports
Receive, verify and communicate client’s declarations (e.g.. vehicles, cargo) to insurers
Prepare policies summaries and p erform claims analytics
Update Contract Review or Certificate Tracking Registers
Upload documents/policy information into clients’ web portals
Manage updating of client data for Aon WorkComp
Tracking of Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) / Broker Service Agreements
Liaise with overseas Aon offices/third party brokers on client account reporting requirements and document requests
3) Client insurance documents (Policies, Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Endorsements etc.)
Liaise with insurers and Aon offices on timely issuance of various insurance documents
Check accuracy of insurance documents (minimize Errors & Omissions)
Generate Cover Letters to clients, Confirmation of Cover, Debit Notes and Certified True Copies of insurance documents
Issue Cover Notes
Coordinate and monitor signing of Notice of Assignments by insurers and submission to the client as and when necessary
Ensure compliance with processes by assisting in the delivery of essential documents, such as TOBA and Renewal Questionnaires, to clients
4) Support financial performance
Raise Client Requests, Billing Requests (including pre-billing to manage Premium Payment Warranty), Revenue Sharing Forms (in GAMS)
Create invoice in Coupa and Ariba system
Print Statement of Accounts and verify on invoice/fee issues
Track and follow up with clients and Aon offices on premium and fee payments
Monitor and minimize Account Receivables
Gather premium receipts from insurers
Generate cheque requisitions
Where requested by clients, coordinate issuance of Official Receipts from Aon Finance and send to clients

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Diploma, GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level
Independent, proactive, helpful, efficient
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Pleasant and positive personality, adaptable to changes
Good spoken and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
BCP, PGI and CGI (certification in General Insurance) (Note: Candidate needs to obtain the certifications either before or after joining)
