Responsibilities
Facilitate the movement of fan-blades and turbine discs on the shopfloor.
Coordinate the expediting and tracking of priority parts on the shopfloor.
Provide for and maintains the visual representations of production status.
Support the deployment of visual factory initiatives.
Engage in Continuous Improvement projects.
Promote Ergonomic and Personnel Protective Equipment awareness activities.
Participate in the planning of part movement on the shopfloor
Requirements
NITEC or Diploma with have a technical educational background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
Comfortable to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from various hierarchical levels and functional backgrounds.
Positive learning attitude and a creative mindset.
Good time management skills.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Open to the requirement of shift rotation when this is called upon.
