Philips Account Manager in Singapore, Singapore
You are responsible for
Acts as a single point of contact for customer accounts and Philips authorized channel partner(s) for Ultrasound & other modality product portfolio.
Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy in the region and implements the sales strategy. Responsible for filling the funnel management tool (SFDC) and providing training and working the channel partners to build strong funnels and delivering business outcomes.
Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and sales forecast at a specified number of customers, channel partner(s) quarterly and yearly performance.
Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local sales force and marketing support e.g. Product Sales Specialist, Project Manager, Customer Service, MarComs and Application Specialists
Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends.
Increase profitability through lifetime upgrades and positioning upgrades in install base, position replacement for end of life install base
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor’s Degree Holder in related disciplines.
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in preferably in Healthcare, Medical Devices or as Sonographer.
Knowledge and experience in hospital workflow, client and stakeholder management is advantageous.
Experience in managing channel partner as scaling engine beyond direct account sales.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Attention to detail is a must, coupled with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do” attitude.
Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
