Cedar Crest of Silver Lake Dietary Cook/Kitchen Cook in Silver Lake, Minnesota

Duties of any kitchen employee will include, but not be limited to; Prep and Cook food (including snacks) in accordance with the approved menus and recipes Learn and follow all safety and sanitary procedures and regulations along with state and federal guidelines The dress code must be followed Make sure food and snacks are prepared properly and ready on time Serve food in a professional, attractive but Homelike manner Prepare and make available beverages needed for all meals and snacks Learn and Maintain knowledge of various types of diets to accommodate our residents Set up and bus tables as needed Wash and put away dishes in proper manner Keep work place and appliances clean and sanitary Help with stock and supplies as needed Follow the duty sheet and timeline as posted by the kitchen manager Help the residents during meal time as needed Help the floor staff as needed Know when you are allowed to take break and follow the schedule accordingly
