TEKsystems Lead Telecommunications Technician in Siler City, North Carolina
Our client is a telecommunication services company building a team to support multiple local projects in the state of NC. These projects will be on large scale commercial construction sites installing cabling infrastructure and fiber optics.
We are seeking LEAD Technicians that will be leading crews of low voltage technicians on a large commercial site. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading teams in either commercial electrical or low voltage work. Must be OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 is preferred) certified and have experience working in Microsoft applications.
Crews will be performing the following duties on a 1 million square foot site:
Cat5, Cat6 Installation - technicians will be pulling cable and terminating jacks in a commercial setting.
Cable Pathways - technicians will be creating cable pathways in a large commercial environment (j hooks and cable trays).
This person must be okay with working on boom lifts, climbing ladders, and working on scissor lifts.
