ASRC Federal Professional Services is looking for Expert Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Research Support Specialist to support the Army Capabilities Manager for Formations Intelligence (ACM-FI) contract at the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) located at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains relationships with commanders, intelligence leaders, and intelligence systems operator/maintainers at Army intelligence organizations, including Expeditionary – including Military Intelligence Brigades (E-MIB), Intelligence Electronic Warfare Battalion (IEW BN), or Military Intelligence Company (MICO) – on behalf of ACM-FI
Provides technical guidance and advice to ACM-FI and leaders at intelligence formations on management, training, and execution of SIGINT operations in support of Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) tasks
Facilitates coordination between intelligence formations, Army Futures Command, and USAICoE stakeholders to develop SIGINT programs of record (POR)
Reviews and provides recommended revisions as needed for SIGINT portions of doctrinal publications through comment resolution matrix (CRM)
Reviews and provides recommendations for force design based on personnel and equipment allocation for new and emerging formations
Identifies and assists in development of training materials and assists intelligence formations in coordinating for mobile training teams (MTT) to deliver training on SIGINT POR
Researches, reviews, and distributes new or draft policies governing employment of SIGINT POR and execution of SIGINT operations
Travels to exercises and experiments to observe intelligence formations and their integration of SIGINT capabilities to support multi-domain or large-scale combat operations
Drafts technical and executive summaries based on activities supported or events attended to inform doctrine, force design, training, policy, and other documents governing SIGINT personnel, systems, processes, and tasks
Contributes to development of collective intelligence training strategies
Supports planning and preparation for wargaming, simulations, and experimentation through identification of architecture requirements
This position is expected to have 25% travel
Requirements:
Must possess an active DoD Top Secret-SCI clearance
Bachelor’s Degree (Intelligence-related preferred) (additional experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree at a rate of 3 yrs experience for each year of higher level of education)
Graduate of advance level professional military education (PME) (e.g. Senior Leader Course, Captain Career Course, or Warrant Officer Advanced Course)
Familiarity in capability development, DOTMLPF-P framework, and JCIDS
Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner, IAW with published guidelines and formats that include AFC TDP, JCIDS, and AR 25-50
5-7 years of experience in SIGINT collection, production, or research experience, current within three (3) years
Experience should include functional assignments at brigade, division, or corps
Must be capable of obtaining a U.S. passport within 60 days of hire
