Sky King Fireworks Assistant Retail Store Manager in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania
Sky King Fireworks of Shrewsbury, PA is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Store Manager. This position will provide crucial support with day to day business operations and aid in various areas of the business such as sales & customer service, training seasonal staff, warehouse management & merchandising showroom.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service
Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training and development of seasonal staff
Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
Aid in processing shipments, unloading delivery trucks & warehouse inventory management
Checkout customers & record cumulative daily sales numbers
Support and enforce all company policies procedures
All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements:
1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
Working a minimum of 250-300 overtime hours annually (1.5x hourly rate)
Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December
Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Wage $18.00-$20.00 (Annual salary estimate with overtime- $40,000-$50,000)
