Job Title: Surgical Wards Registered Veterinary Nurse

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours/week. Shifts from 7am -3pm, 9:30-5:30, 11-7pm , 1pm-9pm

1:6 weekends

Salary: From £28,000 per year, depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Surgical Wards nursing team.

Experience of working in a referral environment is not required as full support and training will be provided for the successful candidates. The successful candidate will be working alongside our team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants to deliver gold standard veterinary care to our patients.

Main duties will include:

  • Inpatient care

  • Medicating patients

  • Monitoring post-operative aftercare

  • Working alongside our Veterinary Physiotherapist
