Amazon Product Operations Manager, Paid Service in Shenzhen, China

Description

We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven successful Product Manager to support Global Selling team in Asia, with stakeholder teams worldwide across various functions. The Product Manager will be a key person to shape Global Seller Experience, drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong product management and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

  • Identify and predict pain points and fundamental needs through analysis covering Voice-of-Seller, destination marketplace changes, performance metrics, global selling trend, and competitors

  • Invent solutions that are scalable and drive long-term impact, while defining practical and optimized milestones to execute

  • Prioritize features effectively based on top-down business objectives and bottom-up Seller needs; own the roadmap of an entire product

  • Empower sales and marketing by developing sales strategy, defining Seller segment, and providing tools to increase productivity

  • Establish strong relationship and trust with global stakeholders to share methodology, gain support, and introduce new features to benefit CN Sellers

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in 2B Product/Program management or Consulting

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, dive deep independently on broad scope issues

  • Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire/interpret data and make business recommendations

  • Ability to manage, prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product life cycle from concept to launch

  • Genuine and intense customer focus

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from top tier school

  • Experience in CRM and business development for 2B services
