Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide second-level IT technical support to onsite and remote end-users by resolving basic to moderately complex technical issues.

• Responsible for the installation of PC hardware/software and peripherals.

• Maintain and update the Arrow Asset Management System with accurate and detailed computer hardware information.

• Responsible for PC moves-includes disconnect of PCs at original location and reconnect at new location.

• Reconfigure of PC and peripherals as required.

• Track, record and respond to moderately complex requests for IT technical support. Technical support will include workstation hardware, software and peripherals.

• Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience

• Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data

• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
