Day to Day Responsibilities:
Internally
Act as liaison between customers, account managers, manufactories, finance, supply chain on order processing to resolve orders, production, delivery and payment issues
Coordinate sample requests as needed
Handling RMA and replacement orders
Update forecast into internal system
Liaise with local CSR among regions
Coordinate with logistic team for shipment arrangement
System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement and credit release
OTC process gate keeper and process documentation to meet SOX audits requirements
Support other consolidated tasks or reports
Externally
Collect customer forecast and demand for production and shipment preparation
Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation
Provide the routine shipping plan to customers
Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA
Monitor AR
