Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking skilled individuals with experience in machine operation, particularly in printing and labeling, to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging processes, which include liquid packaging like Capri Sun. Flexibility to work on either 1st or 3rd shift following a 2-2-3 schedule is required. As a main operator, you will step in when needed to maintain continuous production.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely.
Step in as the main operator in the absence of regular operators.
Ensure quality control and accuracy in lamination and labeling processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and production.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a machine operator, ideally in printing or labeling.
Strong work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Knowledge of printing press operations and lamination techniques.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a press operator for 2+ years is preferred.
Familiarity with rolls and printing materials.
Capability to manage tasks autonomously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
