The Supply Chain Materials Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for ERP and other digital and analytics products that support Materials Planning and Execution, with the goal of optimizing today's processes and enabling the strategic business transformation our supply chain function is going through.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Materials Order Management, Planning, Logistics, and Fulfillment organizations to understand business processes, business architecture, current-state challenges, and future-state vision.

  • Define the short-term and long-term digital strategy and roadmap for ERP, MRP and other products that support the Supply Chain Materials Management value stream, working across various product leaders and domain experts.

  • Provide thought leadership on enabling critical business outcomes in supply chain delivery, both tactical and strategic, using enterprise systems (Oracle ERP & MRP), data & analytics products, and decision intelligence platforms.

  • Establish, publish, and update the high-level digital technology architecture supporting Materials processes, including mapping of digital capabilities to business capabilities. Work with the digital product owners and key business stakeholders to identify and prioritize gaps and develop strategies to address them.

  • Work with product leaders and engineering teams to modernize the technology portfolio, ensuring competitive advantage, business value maximization, and cost reduction.

  • Influence senior leadership and drive criteria-based decision making and strategic planning. Represent and drive the enterprise architecture domain community internally.

  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies or capabilities, as well as industry and market trends, to assist in product development and/or operational support activities.

  • Define and maintain the design documentation standards for enterprise architecture for the domain and applications.

  • Leverage lean tools to understand the value stream, solve problems, and measure progress and impact.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior architects and other IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Order Management, Material Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, S&OE), Sourcing, Logistics and Transportation, and Fulfillment.

  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, ASCP and SCM solutions. Ability to design scalable and robust architecture solutions for Oracle and other applications to meet business needs.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with ability to articulate concepts clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • High level of change management, adaptability, and comfort level in ambiguity.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, working across various teams and functions to drive outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Additional Information for Candidates in US:

The base pay range for this position is $150,800-$251,300 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on April 30th, 2025.
