About the role

As the workplace relations manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of TWE’s offices in China. You will lead work related to projects, team building, employee engagement, and inclusion and diversity activities.

Overall Supervision of China Offices:

  • Ensure efficient operations of the China offices, including facility management, equipment maintenance, and employee needs.

  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment such as printers, computers, and phone systems.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure employees have sufficient resources.

  • Address daily employee inquiries and needs related to office access, etc.

Workplace related project management:

  • Assist China Leadership team in driving office related project work, ensuring projects are on track and meet expected goals.

  • Monitor project progress, coordinate communication between different departments, and ensure successful project execution.

Penfolds China Team Building:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the Penfolds brand team in China, fostering collaboration and team spirit.

  • Organize team-building activities such as team-building workshops, training sessions, and bonding events.

TWE China Annual Party:

  • Plan and organize the company’s annual party to promote employee interaction and team cohesion.

  • Ensure smooth execution of the party, including venue booking, event planning, and material procurement.

Other Employee Engagement Activities, like Family Day, regular engagement sessions, etc.

  • Work with HR team on employee engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Organize employee gatherings, roundtable discussions, cultural events, etc., to facilitate employee interaction.

Inclusion, Equity & Diversity (IE&D) Activities:

  • Support the company’s inclusion and diversity initiatives by organizing relevant activities.

  • Regularly conduct training sessions, lectures, and discussions to raise awareness about diversity.

Other Workplace Relations related activities

About you

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in office management or related fields.

  • Proven English communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
