  • Generate, implement and act according to the defined sourcing strategy

  • Monitor electronics components supply markets and interpret market intelligence

  • Lead the supplier selection based on benchmark process

  • Manage negotiations and contracts for EMS suppliers within Division

  • Lead supplier performance (score card) follow up

  • Continuously update and manage sourcing information in Savings Tracker, ERP, and other company system according to policies and procedures

  • Support the sourcing team with various tasks

  • Coordinate and represent sourcing in R&D and VAVE projects

  • Be the link between supplier and R&D/Engineering

  • Sourcing responsible of new product introduction and existing product changes until sample approval

  • Evaluation of supplier's capability and other important parameters
