Are you ready to enter the role as one of our key creative drivers in the development of LEGO campaigns and social contents aimed at Chinese children and adults?

No relocation assistant is provided for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • To be a part of the creative ideation process for campaign, social and digital content.

  • To develop creative concept and copy to be used in comms.

  • To be able to present ideas clearly and strategically to partners in marketing team

  • Drive social content creation and amplify in different channels

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the in-house agency function in the organization that performs as lead agency for the LEGO Group and focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight-driven & fit-for-purpose solutions across the LEGO Group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Group HQ in Billund, Denmark. Location-wise, TLA has four additional, local /regional hubs, based in four main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

Our LEGO Agency Asia, serves the Asian markets, covering both China and APAC markets. OLA Asia is focused on developing campaigns for the whole Asian region (with special focus on China) including regional occasion campaigns, amplifying global campaigns to fit the Asian region and localization of campaigns. Covering full value chain from campaign strategy to final in-store solutions.

The Copywriter is reporting to the Creative Director LEGO Agency China/APAC and is responsible for securing strong creative output. The Copywriter will be reporting to and working closely with the Creative Director, located in the Shanghai Hub.

The Copywriter will be part of a team that will be communicating to millions of children, shoppers and giftgivers in China. Play a role in building one of the world’s most beloved brands in an exciting, emerging market.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Min 5 years experience in copywriting at an advertising agency

  • Experience in creating quick-turnaround content for social and digital platforms.

  • Strong conceptual portfolio

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their requirements.

  • Advanced both Mandarin and English language
