Nike Senior, Biz Management, GC in Shanghai, China

We are looking for Senior, Biz Management, GC. This is a senior role who drives the end goal of platform business growth. You will act as leader and the driving force to identify business growth pillars, shape the business plan and orchestrate the joint efforts with cross-functional teams to achieve the shared goal. You come with seasoned experience in e-Commerce business management, and deep knowledge in strategizing and nurturing growth on owned platforms (brand-owned App/Web). You should also demonstrate strong leadership in driving alignment and forming shared goals with people from various departments and background.

MAIN STAKEHOLDERS

You will report directly to DIRECTOR, NIKE.COM/APP, GC. This role shall really set the strategic direction and lead cross-functional teams all the way towards the final realization. Your main partners (who will join the force with you to drive growth) are – DSM, Finance, Insights, Merchandising, CDM, Media, Digital Product Management and Technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify business growth opportunities mapped to overall Nike App/Web business strategy. Build business cases with thorough supporting evidences, clear vision and KPI targets, as well as investment scenarios.

  • Drive and own business plan for the assigned business domain/pillar. Lead the joint forces with cross-functional teams to create busienss roadmaps and orchestrate cohesive and successful execution.

  • Act as thought leader in Nike App/Web. Maintain deep understanding of consumer insights and industry trends. Navigate across the organization to drive alignement of shared goal and working approaches among stakeholders.

  • Lead the team to drive seasonal execution of business campaigns with high agility under the business target.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 yrs experience in eCommerce business management, preferrably with Sports/FMCG or eCom platform with proven track record of delivering business results

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in member growth management and CRM

  • Ability to drive innovations, and lead initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in face of ambiguity and with a strong enterprise mindset

  • Good analytical skills and ability to distill insights from data, qualitative research, industry, and collectively identify business opportunities

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing/Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics or related field
