Responsibilities:
Customer Project Management : Develop and execute project plans for automotive semiconductor with key target customers to align with overall business objectives and timelines.
Customer Collaborations : foster a strong relationship with automotive semiconductor clients, understanding their needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for project-related discussions.
Customer Requirements management : work closely with customer to gather and clarify project requirements, provide a comprehensive understand and effective communication to the product development team and leadership.
Automotive Semiconductor Product Development and Management : Lead the product development process from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications. Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, enhancements, and obsolescence.
Resource Coordination : collaborate with cross-function teams, including technology development, product engineering, package development, reliability, manufacturing, and quality organization to allocate and manage resources efficiently in line with project goals and ramp up schedule.
Communications : Regularly update the progress from customer side to key stakeholders, both internally and externally, regarding project status, milestones, and any potential challenges.
Risk Mitigation : gather customer information, define potential risk, create risk mitigation plans and actively monitor and lower potential risks.
Applications, Sales and marketing support: Provide product training and support to applications and sales teams, enabling them to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging, marketing collateral, and sales tools.
Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English is a must to succeed in this role.
Performance tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of product line initiatives. Analyze product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
