Responsibilities:

1) Manage NP/PCR project quality

• Audit quality management system of OEM suppliers, and when necessary, develop corrective actions and guide OEM suppliers to improve their quality management system.

• Oversee and assess quality risk aspects of a specific project and collaborate with project team in the development of product specification.

• Lead OEM suppliers to develop the quality aspects of an NP / PCR including quality plan, quality protocols (metrology, pre-shipment, etc.) and verify/assure process capability.

• Collaborate in problem solving during project development with global project and technical team.

• Authorize supplier’s mass production by inspecting products, and collecting, analyzing & reviewing products and quality reports before authorization.

2) Production quality management

• Execute pre-shipment inspections and approve shipment release for the regular mass production after production authorization.

• Perform regular quality system and product audit to ensure products performance and products safety aspects are compliant.

• Manage customers’ complaints and perform VOC defect analysis and collaborate / lead a team to propose and implement solutions.

3) Miscellaneous management

• Promote a team environment to achieve targets with effective communication techniques which encourage open and honest communications.

• Identify and assess improvement opportunities and support or lead consistent improvement programs for quality excellence.

• Supplier quality performance

• Project Quality KPIs

• VOC ppm

• NC KPIs

• Quality System maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Very fluent in English

• Over 6 years of experience with 3 years of solid project quality management, less experienced with great potentiality can start as quality engineer.
