Nike MGR, 365 EXP - KIDS/CAMPUS & UNITE in Shanghai, China

Experience Required (Soft skills):

· Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years directly relevant work experience.

· Creatively oriented will be essential to develop fun and engaging experiences.

· Great communications and persuasive skills to bring team on board for the plan.

· Passionate about Kids/skateboard/campus and is familiar with related communities in shanghai.

· Executed different scale of experiences.

· Has innate curiosity to learn and grow, professionally.

· Fluent with English for forming plans, presenting and daily communication

Overview of the Job:

As a core member of shanghai 365 Experience team, you are in charge with creating a steady cadence of 365 experience programs for KIDS communities, UNITE concept, city partner courts/community space, to connect/communicate/engage with shanghai consumers/members on a 365 basis.

You will work closely with your team for relationship development and maintenance with key city running communities, and city partners. Your deep understanding of city running and communities’ needs are crucial to deliver consumer insight and unique city POV to the team and brand for strategy/direction and program development.

Key Partnership:

• Global city/non-global city 365 experience team

• Scale & capability, member marketing team

• KIDS' CC team, Key City brand team, BAPE team, CBM team

• X-functional team inclusive CDMC,CDMD, CDMS, social, VMS, marketplace teams.

• Agency partners

Job Responsibility:

· Develop and maintain relationship with city identified key communities.

· Work closely with global city/non-global city 365 experience teams, to develop and deploy 365 experiences in shanghai for kids brand in consideration of Nike brand strategy, shanghai city positioning & priorities and needs from kids related communities and members.

· Work with x-functional to ensure on community and retail experience member journey is smooth.

· Create measurable KPIs and ensure KPIs are trackable.
