Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Define and align the IT roadmap to focus on the most impactful areas.
Collaborate with financial partners to plan and manage the IT budget for efficient fulfilment.
Lead demand management, offering business requirements and process insights for project success.
Expertise in IT solutions related to business process and can translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
Act as the primary contact and partner concern point for all IT-related matters.
Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Experience & Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field is helpful.
Minimum of 8 years in MNCs company digital and IT areas, preferably with strong business partnership experience.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams or on cross-functional projects.
Skilled in analyzing and detailing business requirements, translating them into technical needs.
Extensive IT project management, resource optimization; certification preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
Proactive, adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
