Job Description

Overall responsibility for the supply chain security and product protection in a portion of the region to ensure the quality, reputation and availability of AbbVie product is protected. This role will support needs in the rest of the JAPAC region as assigned by the Regional Manager.

  • Lead investigations regarding counterfeit, illegal sales and diversion cases.

  • Build relationships and partner with government authorities in the region to collaborate during investigations, prosecution and other cases.

  • Coordinate and facilitate anti-counterfeit training for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct crisis exercise for regional stakeholders and lead warehouse audits.

  • Partners with Global Security functional SME’s to assess, implement, and evaluate programs that mitigate risks and enhance supply chain security and product protection

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Security, Supply Chain Management or related field.

  • Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong teamwork skills required to work effectively in a team environment and establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external supply chain partners.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills are required, especially in English, to facilitate information flow across the supply chain.

  • Strong analytical skills are required for KPI, and inventory analysis.

  • Excellent organization and follow up skills are critical to ensure timely communication across the supply chain.
