Responsibilities

• Leading the execution of delivering a lean, responsive, and resilient material and services flow for the facility from source to dock and additional required points.

• Managing team that is responsible for operating and monitoring the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.

• Ensuring the supplier network is capable of meeting the specific facilities’ Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, Management (QCLDM) requirements.

• Collaborating with business partners and suppliers, and resolving facility specific supplier issues.

• Communicates to clients regarding expectations of all parties.

• Participates in negotiating the terms of the business relationship.

• Conducts periodic reviews of work effort, progress, issues, and successes.

• Maintains productive, long-term relationships with clients or vendors.

Problem Management Process - MFG: Knowledge of manufacturing problem management processes, methodologies and techniques; ability to use a disciplined approach to bringing that problem to a successful resolution.

Level Extensive Experience:

• Proficient data analysis for opportunities identification. Evaluates alternative approaches to implementing the opportunities and / or resolving a customer problem.

• Implements the processes and activities for handling unusual problems.

• Advises others on the process and associated costs for different types of problems.

• Monitors and improves problem reporting, tracking, escalation, and resolution.

• Participates in trend and root cause analysis to identify and address recurring problems.
