The Coca-Cola Company Director, RGM Execution in Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Execution Director at Coca-Cola champions the RGM strategic development, RGM capabilities incl. digital tool enable analytical capability and meticulous execution of revenue management initiatives across our market. This role is central in driving sustainable and profitable growth through execution of RGM key strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams and our bottling partners, the RGM Execution Director will ensure that our RGM strategies are not just visionary but translated into actionable plans and executed with excellence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation:

  • Spearhead the execution planning of RGM strategies through pivotal initiatives or projects aimed at driving revenue, margin growth, and enhancing market share. Serve as the project leader/PMO for key initiatives on price pack plan, retail strategy, pricing architecture, promotional activity, etc.

  • Helps build the 'why' and selling story (internal and external) behind each key initiative to educate key audiences on the importance of initiatives to unlock multi-year growth

  • Builds and tracks project schedule with key milestones, critical path dependencies and resource tracking

  • Performance Management Routines :

  • Leadership and implementation of reporting routines and performance metrics.

  • Leads the overall strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret results to provide insightful recommendations to regional OUs.

  • Conducting gap vs. plan analysis against volume, pricing & gross profit opportunities.

  • Lead critical conversations to seamlessly close the loop from strategy conception through to execution and subsequent iteration.

  • Cross-functional and system Collaboration:

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, such as franchise, commercial, marketing, TISC, bottling group headquarters, etc. across the Coca-Cola system, to garner comprehensive buy-in and steadfast support for RGM initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Strategy, ideally within the FMCG/CPG industry.

  • Strong growth mind-set.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful RGM strategies.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the System.
