Your Impact

The Associate Finance Manage will be a senior individual contributor who can independently handle the country finance issue with proper guidance and coaching from FC/FM. This is a “roll-up-your-sleeves” position that involves broad-based responsibility chartered to providing critical support and leadership for increasing the effectiveness of the GCC finance organization. We are looking for a motivated candidate that has a strong background in finance that wants to grow their career within a dynamic, high growth organization.

Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies:

· GCC Stat Audit related coordination; ensure smooth communication with auditor & all stakeholders, ensure deliverables on time

· Coordinate with APAC Tax Manager on tax requirements and provide financial data on a timely and accurate basis

· Coordinate with SSC and Tax to ensure overall financial and tax compliance, under the supervision of FC and FM

· Lead on projects to ensure country/entity comply with tax regulations/filing requirements

· GCC Cash Flow forecast/ IC loan related arrangements coordination with FTV Tax

· Support in working capital management, like DSO/DPO improvement, etc

· GCC Opex analysis, key expenditure monitor and functional support

· Support in monthly forecast and annual budget

· Identify process improvement opportunities, standardize and improve process with relevant stakeholders

· Ensure all transactions and processes follow GAAP and conform to SOX guidelines as outlined by WFM Global accounting leadership.

· Assist FC/FM ad-hoc project like Paid-in-capital increase, business license update, government subsidy related documents

Our Needs

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is required.

· Above 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, audit firm experience preferred

· SAP experience is strongly preferred

· Strong understanding of US GAAP

· Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.)

· Must possess the highest degree of integrity and ethical standards.

· Must be highly motivated and able to work independently and effectively.

· Enthusiastic and results oriented, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in business and financial processes.

· Have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to be a team player.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and understandably, and actively seeks feedback.

· Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment.
