Philips Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, Sleep & Respiratory Care in Shanghai, China

You are responsible for

  • Leading short- and long-term strategy and management of the Philips Respironics WeChat corporate account and video account, driving content creation and digital campaign along with annual marketing plan, result on lead generation and conversion to optimize consumers and customer engagement and experience with Philips social accounts.

  • Integrating hospital and home content, with Philips brand equity to maintain Respironics brand leadership and equity among sleep and respiratory industry.

  • Seamlessly integrating and leveraging digital activation and driving digital lead generation across the E2E Customer Decision Journey and stepping up the customer experience across demand generation, lead conversion, and post sales service using CRM, WeChat/Portals.

  • Digital activation of global and Greater China Marketing Hub campaigns in alignment with 24-month marketing plan.

  • Supporting Business Marketing Manager of Home in creation of the marketing plan considering all digital touchpoints along the customer journey.

  • Looking for new business development opportunities such as cross- brand or cross industry partnership within digital space to constantly grow business opportunities in optimal manner.

  • Point of contact for all direct online and brand topics for internal (sales, marketing, customer services, operations and IT) and external stakeholders (search-, affiliate- and marketing agencies)

You are a part of

Philips Respironics Marketing Team. You are based in Shanghai and report to Senior Business Marketing Manager. In this team you would have opportunities to make the voice of customers be heard and enable our channel partners to provide better service as well.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Sales or trade marketing experience in healthcare industry.

  • Experienced in OTC or homecare medical devices products is preferred.

  • Good understanding of business operations and procedures.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Digital Marketing or platform working experience is a plus.

  • Good command of English is a plus.
