Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and a background in the medical or pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can focus on data analytics and support commercial excellence initiatives.
Your role:
Support Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including account segmentation, territory management, and target setting.
Utilize Power BI for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, including generating insights to drive commercial strategies.
Analyze sales performance data to identify demands, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Facilitate business communication and collaboration across functions and businesses.
Oversee and manage projects related to commercial excellence, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.

Background in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), experience with target setting, territory management, and account segmentation.
Strong data analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Power BI.
Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in funnel management and project management is a plus.
