7 Cedars Resort Tent Crew in Sequim, Washington

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done? Are you a strong team player with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our Tent Crew! As a tent crew worker, you will perform skilled tent installation, breakdown, and manual work as necessary to prepare for Cedars at Dungeness and 7 Cedars Hotel events. Ensures that safety standards and best practices are met and maintains a well-organized and clean operation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Comply with department's safety regulations and best practices for the installation and breakdown of event tents
- Work alongside and receive guidance from the assisting Facilities Managers
- Responsible for timely installation of tents, and dance floors when applicable
- Assist with delivery of event equipment, tents, tables, and chairs when applicable
- Provide support with loading and unloading trucks
- Clean and maintains tent supplies and equipment
- Efficiently communicates with Banquet Manager to ensure proper event preparedness
- Adhere to the 7 Totems of Service and provides friendly customer service when interacting with Resort guests
- Must exercise confidentiality and discretion on a daily basis
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and procedures
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests
- and/or team members
- Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Must be flexible with hours and days worked; mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends and Holidays
