Jamestown Sklallam Tribe Director of Integrated Behavioral Health in Sequim, Washington

Jamestown Healing Clinic seeks a visionary Director of Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) to guide our program's growth and ensure exceptional care for patients struggling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring Behavioral Health (BH) challenges.
In this pivotal role, you'll:
Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for our integrated SUD and BH services.
Champion evidence-based practices and ensure program compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IBH program.
Lead a team of behavioral health professionals.
Foster strong collaboration with primary care providers, SUD professionals, and external partners.
Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with federal, state, and local agencies.
To be successful, you'll possess:
A Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
Appropriate training and full licensure to provide billable mental health (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and SUDP in the State of WA.
Meet clinical practice hour requirements to supervise other mental health and SUD professionals.
Minimum five years of experience in behavioral health or human services, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated expertise in counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management.
A strong understanding of SUD, co-occurring mental health disorders, and integrated care models.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
