Hyatt Systems Specialist (Korean National Only) Contract Role in SEOUL, South Korea
Description:
This position is responsible for the planning, organizing and execution of IT & Telephony functions at Korea GCC. Responsiblities include support and maintenance of all IT & Telephony operations to meet business requirements, explore and evaluate new technology solutions to support operational effectiveness of the GCC Operations, including the strategic growth of @Home. The Specialist will serve as a key business partner to all teams within the GCC.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years in Systems administration and support environment.
Call Center IT operation experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Network certificate, like CCIE or CCDE
Project Management, PMP
Information Security certificate, like CISM or CISSP
ITIL V3
