Industrial Electrician
Job Description
Join a dynamic start-up environment where your skills as an electrician will be pivotal in the installation and wiring of equipment inside generator enclosures. As an Industrial Electrician, you will apply your expertise in electrical installations, focusing on wiring AC & DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, and load centers. You will also manage the bending and sizing of conduit and wire, interpret shop drawings, and adhere to current NEC codes.
Responsibilities
Conduct full installations inside generator enclosures, including running and bending conduit, and installing panels, transformers, and switchgears.
Wire AC/DC lights, 3-way switches, and perform QC inspections and troubleshooting.
Install termination/connector points to the generator and connect diesel supply/return pumps.
Collaborate with a team of 4 to 10 electricians working on various sections of an enclosure.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical installations, wiring, and blueprint interpretation.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform conduit bending.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician apprentice or journeyman.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
State certification preferred.
Specific industry experience desired or equivalent college degree.

Work Environment
Work in an industrial setting both inside and outside. As a jack-of-all-trades electrician, you will focus on the wiring and building of generator enclosures. This role is non-temperature controlled with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Griffin, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37444.00 - $85904.00/yr.
