As a Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist, you'll serve as the face of the practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. Your primary responsibilities include managing patient appointments, handling insurance verification and billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using the office's scheduling system. Ensure the appointment book is efficiently organized.

Patient Check-In: Greet patients upon arrival, verify their information, and assist with completing necessary forms. Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the waiting area.

Insurance Coordination: Verify patients' insurance coverage, process insurance claims, and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries or concerns.

Billing and Payments: Handle patient billing, process payments, and discuss financial arrangements as needed. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial transactions.

Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries promptly and courteously. Manage office email correspondence effectively.

Patient Relations: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to patients, addressing their concerns, answering questions about treatments, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including personal information, medical history, treatment plans, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, managing mail correspondence, and keeping the front desk area clean and organized.

salary: $17 - $17.5 per hour
