Mondelez International E-commerce Lead MYSG in Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description

Summary

The role is critical in driving the E-Commerce agenda in the MYSG market. The role is responsible for driving the total E-Commerce agenda for the MYSG business whilst also having strong working links with the South East Asia E-Commerce team.

Main responsibilities:

Lead the creation of the ecommerce strategy that delivers the long term ambition with in-year choices outlined in a Picture of Sucess for each flywheel component with defined KPIs and initiatives to achieve the annual contract (AC).

To do this the applicant will need to;

  • Collaborate cross functionally to create aecommerce strategy that enables MDLZ to unlock growth and build e-commerce capability over the Stragetic Planning horizon (3-4 years).

  • Translate this strategy into a commercial plan that delivers the annual contract commitments for MYSG by;

  • Outlining and deploying actions against the E-Commerce Fly Wheel

  • Creating RTM sufficiency

  • Building strong partnerships with local & regional E-tailers and distributors

E-Commerce Strategy:

  • Create growth strategy for ecommerce across key building blocks; B2B, B2C and RTM initiatives.

  • Drive local alignment in MYSG market with key stakeholders

  • Liaise and build strategic fit to Southeast Asia E-Commerce priorities

Customer Facing:

  • Create strategic alliances with key ecommerce customers to develop internal understanding and data collection.

  • Create, propose and agree JBP with key customers that are tracked monthly.

  • Lock in annual growth plans and initiatives with key customers

On - platform development

  • Lead strategic approach, investment plan and tracking of key flywheel KPIs

  • Assortment – Review assortment, range, pricing for all brands. Track performance and course correct through collaboration with sales & marketing.

  • Availability – Create strong portfolio and listing and track against on platform listings, closing gaps wherefound

  • Content – Ensure all product content is best in class with key search terms, images identified and implemented.

  • Search – implement organic and paid search campaigns, track ROI and performance.

  • Activation – Create, execute and track annual activation calendars with key retailers through collaboration and building with Marketing and Category Planning teams

Annual Planning & Targets

  • Set the ecommerce targets in year on NR, GSD, GM  for MYSG

  • Create robust bottom-up forecasts to deliver strong growth across E-Com platforms

  • Effectively manage trade spending for all E-Com channels

  • Create revenue building block forecasts for key customers and initiatives.

  • Track monthly performance and course correction vs plan.

Budget management

  • Fully manage end to end budget planning and execution on annual and monthly basis.

Design future ready RTM for MYSG

  • Design the RTM creation fit for growth ambitions for MYSGmarket

  • Develop E-Distributor RTM plan for marketplace expansion

Requirements:

Experience:

6+ years of FMCG experience in E-Commerce.
