Eaton Corporation CPC Sales Manager in Selangor, Malaysia

What you’ll do:

Develops Low-Voltage Project Business Sales through Developers, Consultants, Distributor, Contractors and Panel Builders.

PULL activities to generate demands and follow up to close opportunities. Responsible for direct sales efforts to achieve annual sales and growth targets for CPC Projects.

Your essential responsibilities:

• Develops Consultant Approach for Non-Oil and Gas Sector Projects with Primary focus on CPC. Others, including Power Distribution offer

• Develops Contractors and EPCs Approach for Non-Oil and Gas Sector Projects with Primary focus on CPC. Others, ( Power Distribution assembly , Critical power solutions)

• Detect project opportunities, lead project pursuit and close the opportunities.

• Develop channel sales strategy with East Asia Regional team and implement plans to increase market share, profitability of products and services

• Manage partners onboarding, coaching & motivation. Assists partner in pres-sales & sales activities

• Work with regional product and marketing team to implement the company’s marketing communication & sales activities to sustain the brand image

• Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis

• Conduct quarterly business review, bi-weekly/monthly business/sales pipeline review with partners

• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

• Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values P.

• Build relationship with key channel partners to grow the 2-tier business, fulfillment via distributors.

• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

Qualifications:

· Diploma in any field , preferably engineering / electrical

· Min 4-6 years of sales experience

· Network with EPCs, Contractors, consultants & specifiers

· Knowledge in PD Components

· Commercial acumen & sensitivities to Projects GTM Model.
